Christina’s shopping spree

Christina, age 15, is from Lubbock and wished to go on a shopping spree! Her wish was funded by Monterey High School who raised the money for her to fulfill this wish. Her shopping day started by going to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory to make chocolate strawberries. Christina loves their chocolate strawberries and was able to make her own to take home with her, along with a Chocolate Factory apron. Then it was off to the mall where Christina shopped for 5 ½ hours for clothes and accessories in a variety of stores that included: Abercrombie, Aeropostle, American Eagle, etc.
Christina has been sick since she was five weeks old, and has also dealt with liver cancer. She received a new liver in December of 2004 and is currently doing very well.
